Abstract: The purpose of the project is to introduce VR technology into the curriculum for Sports Science students. All first-year students take a mandatory course in motor learning, where they engage with various theoretical themes in practice, including memory and training, training strategies, and the adaptation of motor skills. The VR technology will be used to strengthen the subject matter, providing students with a solid understanding of both the theory and the practical possibilities that VR technology can offer.
